Shooters we will host the Browning/Briley Mardi Gras Open next year on Mar. 1st - 4th. You need to get signed up & squadded soon. We are adding a .20 & .28 gauge Fitasc this year also. For the first 100 shooters to sign up we will put your name in for a drawing. The winner will get his/her entry fee free for the main event. Ms. Casey Chase is handling all of our squadding. This is not a charity shoot. Why are the prices "double" of a regular shoot?

Looks to me like the FITASC is CHEAPER, the main is slightly higher, and the side events are about the same.
Browning Briley is a major shoot and will attracts about 500 shooters, if the past is any indicator. You can use local comparable shoots and the same pricing is in place. Check out all the posted Regionals for 2012, Targetline cup, the big Arkansas shoot.
My 4 events are about $25 more than the other similar shoots due to the higher Main costs, or about 5% more- not double. Now for the Saturday night Crab boil-Well worth it.
I recommend the shoot!

JCIII I know why you aren't my advisor. US Open is only 200 target main so they are quite a bit higher than Cajun Elite. I think Seminole cup is $300. for 200 target main this year. I agree with you that for a major shoot their pricing is in line and actually a little cheaper.

Anyone like to put up comparisons of the 2012 South Central Regional at Rio Brazos on March 28-April 1? And also the Diamond Classic at GHGC on March 16- 18, 2012? There is a flyer for the SC Regional on the TX calendar and check iclays for Diamond Classic. What other things do you look at when deciding about a shoot? Connie
